Bringing an inclusive space of tranquillity and calm to the exciting world of CBeebies Land, members of the team who would later go on to found Magna Studios delivered theming production and project management services for the CBeebies Sensory Space. The environment was designed for all families visiting Alton Towers Resort.

The project encompassed full site management under CDM regulations, along with procurement, and production and installation programming to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Suppliers and subcontractors were effectively coordinated, maintaining clear communication and efficient workflows throughout the project.

Critical to the success of this sensory-led space was the team’s quality assurance oversight with external suppliers, along with close coordination with soft play and sensory equipment providers and advisors, ensuring all elements met both creative and accessibility standards.

A highlight for guests is the installation of a large central tree with immersive overhead foliage, creating a soothing, nature-inspired focal point. The space is a thoughtfully themed, fully accessible environment that supports relaxation, play, and inclusivity for young guests and their families.
